Now, I'm using some of the dyed damask in pieced hangings, and finding that even using the stuff this way requires very special handling. But, IMHO, the wonderful colours are well worth the extra effort.

Now I covet your Shibori work and will have to give it a try. Love the results.

Pat F in WinnipegPat .F in Winnipeghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17922232261224949923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6521164720568046628.post-14272042658292612222016-11-20T13:58:51.232-05:002016-11-20T13:58:51.232-05:00Just gorgeous, Norma!!! Currently I have a pile in the studio with various resists to dye the next time I do an indigo pot. I never iron mine, I just take them out of the dryer and fold them, guests always comment on the napkins.Linda Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05009179379851379466noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6521164720568046628.post-87999523100567822962016-11-12T20:36:15.668-05:002016-11-12T20:36:15.668-05:00I didn't know that linen takes dye so well.
